Property Manager guests are welcome to attend at the non-member luncheon rate. We limit suppliers' attendance at our luncheons to our IREM Industry Partners.
- How much are annual dues? Following are the local & national dues as of 2026
CPM: $295 locally & $710 nationally
Candidates: $275 locally & $550 nationally
ARM: $70 locally & $275 nationally
Associates: $335 payable to national with no additional local dues
Student : $0 with no additional local dues
ACoM: $80 locally & $275 nationally
